Virtual Urgent Care
Why choose virtual urgent care?
Getting your child to the doctor isn’t always easy, especially when they’re under the weather. Many illnesses and injuries can be treated from home, and MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s virtual urgent care makes that easy.
If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
Our philosophy of care is to supplement your child’s primary medical home by offering acute care when their primary care clinic is unable to accommodate the need for immediate appointments.
All pediatric urgent care providers are Mary Bridge Children’s physicians or nurse practitioners. Appointments are offered to children and young adults ages 0-20 who are physically located in Washington state at the time of their appointment.
In addition to keeping your child comfortable at home, virtual urgent care reduces exposure to other germs and illnesses, for your family and others at the clinic. We understand that it’s hard to tell when your child is sick enough to go to the doctor, or which bumps and bruises need immediate attention. With virtual urgent care, you can easily have your child’s symptoms triaged and if they need a different level of care, our providers will help you determine where to get that care.
All you need is a mobile phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet connection. During the appointment, our care team will diagnose and create a treatment plan, including any necessary prescriptions.
Virtual urgent care hours
Appointments are available every day:
- Monday – Friday: 9am – 7pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 3pm
Please note: To use our virtual care service, you will need a mobile phone, tablet or computer equipped with a camera and connected to the internet. Additionally, due to licensing regulations, your child must be physically located in Washington state at the time of their appointment to receive virtual urgent care services. Even if you reside in Washington state, we cannot see you for a virtual appointment if you are not in the state at the time of your appointment. If your child is outside Washington state, please visit the urgent care location nearest to you.

If you need a primary care provider for your child, please visit our primary care services page. This after-visit summary will be added to your child’s Mary Bridge Children’s MyChart account. If they do not have a MyChart account, a physical copy of the after-visit summary will be mailed to you for your records.
Mary Bridge Children’s virtual urgent care visits are billed to your insurance the same way visits in our clinics are billed: The fee is based on the level of care and difficulty in treating the illness or injury.
