Mary Fairchok, MD, COL(ret), is board certified in pediatrics and infectious diseases, offering comprehensive care for acute and chronic infectious diseases. She has more than 30 years of practice experience, has authored over 40 peer reviewed medical articles, and has presented lectures and research both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Fairchok retired from the US Army after 21 years of active service, and was the Chief of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and the Pediatric Residency Program Director at Madigan Army Medical Center while on active duty. She currently serves as a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington, and directs the Mary Bridge Children's Pediatric Clerkship for University of Washington medical students.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters hiking, reading, boating and traveling.
A few selected honors Dr. Fairchok has been recognized for include Washington Top Doc; Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, along with multiple teaching and research awards.
