Please note: Our team works with patients patients either at the hospital bedside or at their home (within our service area). Appointments are not conducted in a clinic.
The Mary Bridge Children’s home health care team is trained exclusively in pediatric care and includes experienced pediatric nurses, pharmacists, a registered dietician and nutrition care coordinators, technicians, insurance coordinators and delivery personnel.
Home care services
- IV line maintenance (PICC, Hickman/Broviac and ports)
- IV antibiotics and home chemotherapy
- Nutrition/feeding support
- Home phototherapy
- Feeding tube management
- Transition from inpatient care to home or community services
- In-home lab draws and dressing changes
- Communication with providers
- Caregiver access to nurses 24 hours, seven days a week
