Our media policy

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network’s media relations team serves as the liaison between the hospital and the media. Policy requires that all press inquiries route through media relations, and that onsite media is escorted by a PR representative.

Facts about Mary Bridge Children’s

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network was established in 1955 to serve the children of the South Puget Sound region. Mary Bridge Children’s is the only pediatric hospital in the South Sound and is Washington state’s designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. In addition to a hospital providing inpatient care, Mary Bridge Children’s comprehensive regional network of health services for children includes primary care, urgent care, emergency services and convenient outpatient specialty centers.

         100,000 Kids served annually, from Kitsap to Grays Harbor County. 
          82 – Licensed beds.
          60% Portion of Mary Bridge Children’s families utilizing Medicaid.

Media interested in progress to date are welcome to schedule a tour. Construction site visitors must wear construction personal protective equipment in addition to closed toe leather shoes, pants, and a sleeved shirt.
