A new home for Mary Bridge Children’s
Vision: To be the Pacific Northwest’s highest value system of care for kids.
We are excited to expand access to care for children in the region with a state-of-the-art pediatric campus including a new inpatient tower and new ambulatory building with urgent care and behavioral health services, all dedicated to the unique needs of kids.
We relocated space from our original site plans to include a new pediatric ambulatory building, creating better access to care and opportunities for future growth.
The new campus is scheduled to open for patient care in early 2026.
The new buildings will be detached from the hospital’s existing outpatient center. The entrance for both acute and emergency services will be a single covered drop-off point accessible from Martin Luther King Jr Way, providing easy access for pedestrians, vehicles and Sound Transit Hilltop Tacoma Link light rail riders.
