Expert, personalized care in a child-friendly environment

When your child stays at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network, you can expect expert, family-centered care in a child-friendly environment. Children are not little adults and require care tailored to them. This includes technology designed for kids and a team that caters to their unique needs. You’ll find all of that and more at Mary Bridge Children’s. Our goal is for your child to receive the care they need so they can get back to being a kid.

The needs of hospitalized children require extremely specialized, skilled care providers. Your child’s care team includes specially trained pediatric nurses and a wide range of board-certified pediatric specialists — including PICU critical care physicians and medical/surgical inpatient pediatric physicians who serve as an extension of your child’s regular doctor and are onsite 24 hours a day.

Recognized as a top children’s hospital in the nation by The Leapfrog Group, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma serves as Western Washington state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and is the only hospital in the South Sound dedicated to the specialized health needs of children.
