What Are Treatment Pathways?
A Treatment Pathway describes how often and how long your child needs treatment. Our goal is to provide family focused services. You and your child’s therapy provider will decide the best pathway for your family. Your child may move between pathways over time. Your child may be in a different pathway for each type of therapy. Treatment works best when:
- You go to all therapy sessions
- You share changing needs with your therapy provider
- You practice your home program often

Scheduling appointments
We strive to schedule appointment series for our patients, but are sometimes unable to do so. If your child is on the treatment waitlist, or you were unable to schedule at the recommended frequency, we may offer you single appointment scheduling (SAS). With single appointment scheduling, You will be able to schedule one appointment at a time if there is an opening available.
To schedule a single appointment, please call the scheduling center at 253-697-5200 during business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm). If there is availability, our scheduling team will help you schedule an appointment during this week or next.
Please note: Using single appointment scheduling is part of your treatment pathway visits. It will count towards the total sessions recommended at your initial evaluation. You may be able to complete all your recommended treatment sessions using this process.
