- Bright Futures: National health promotion and prevention initiative led by the American Academy of Pediatrics with a collection of resources for parents.
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination schedule: Recommended immunization schedule for ages 18 and younger.
- Healthy Children: The American Academy of Pediatrics’ parenting website, which includes a variety of resources for parents and caregivers.
- Love Talk Play: This campaign, sponsored by Thrive by Five Washington, aims to help parents give their children the best start in life. The site provides tips, activities and ideas to love, talk and play with your baby or toddler.
- MedlinePlus: A range of health topics from the National Institutes of Health that cover babies through the teenage years.
- My Children’s Teeth: Resources by age group from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
- Pathways: Resources to help understand, track and encourage your child’s milestones from birth until age 6.
- Zero to Three: Resources for parents/caregivers that cover a range of early development topics on newborns until age 3.

Mental health resources
- Kids’ Mental Health Pierce County: Access to child and adolescent mental health services in Pierce County.
- Navos: A member of the MultiCare Behavioral Health Network, Navos provides mental health care for all ages, including children. Providers offer services in your home, at a community meeting place or at a treatment center.

- Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning: Tips for parents/caregivers on nurturing your child’s social-emotional development, confidence, communication skills and more.

Community resources
- 2-1-1: Access community resources across Washington state by dialing 2-1-1 or searching the website. Connect to local services you need, such as utility assistance, food, housing, health care, child care, after-school programs, elder care, crisis intervention and more.

Safety
- Safe Kids: A national nonprofit with the aim to keep kids safe by reducing traffic injuries, drownings, falls, burns, poisonings and more. The website includes safety tips as well as safety laws by state.

Children with special needs
- ECEAP & Head Start: State and federal assistance programs for children experiencing homelessness, family violence or chemical dependency; children in foster care; and children with incarcerated parents or developmental factors such as developmental delay or other developmental disabilities.
- Parent to Parent: Support programs for parents/caregivers of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- PAVE: Tools, information and resources for parents/caregivers of a child with disabilities and/or chronic conditions.
- Pierce County Developmental Disabilities Program: This program works with agencies in the community to provide services for residents of Pierce County and their families.
