Convenient, quality pediatric primary care in Puyallup

Woodcreek Pediatrics – Mary Bridge Children’s provides primary medical care for your child in a way that evaluates the entire picture of infant and adolescent growth and development. Our health care services include:

Well child visits

The well child visit is an opportunity for your general pediatrics provider to monitor your child’s growth and for you to address any questions or concerns about your child’s behavior, development or general well-being. The well child visit is commonly used as a time to determine how much your child has grown, discuss topics such as eating, sleeping, toilet training, social development, vaccinations and learning. Having regular well child visits with your pediatrician and discussing the concerns that matter to you are important to us and help your doctor get know you and your child — with the hopes of developing a reliable and trustworthy relationship.

Immunizations

We will give you all the information you need from your baby’s first vaccine series through school age requirements. Vaccines are the safest and most effective method to prevent disease and other health complications in children and young adults. We will maintain your child’s immunization record, recommend vaccines according to current standards, schedule maintenance doses, and provide an immunization history for your record and other purposes, such as school registration, sports and/or camps.

Sports physicals

If your child is looking to play sports in school, then most likely they will need a sports clearance form completed. The best time to have a sports clearance/physical is during your child’s annual well child visit. Just let our staff know during scheduling and we will take care of the rest.

Behavioral health

In an effort to provide a well-integrated approach to behavioral health, we work with your family and primary care provider. This collaboration helps ensure optimal, coordinated care which is more likely to lead to successful outcomes. At Woodcreek we are committed to each young person’s unique needs and consider it a privilege to help each child, teen and family move toward more effective functioning and greater happiness.

Our behavioral health services are located in Suite 202 with the following hours:

  • Monday: 9am – 5pm
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
  • Thursday: 8am – 5pm
  • Friday: 8am – 4pm
